Simon's diverse history includes working in CEO, C-level and governance roles across Corporate, Brand, Agency and Sport. Over a 15-year career he has negotiated multi-million dollar sponsorship deals acting on behalf of brand, property holder and agency across every code and sector in Australia. Simon is a CEO who relishes working directly with his clients and particularly prides himself on building an environment that allows his team to flourish and deliver world class work.
Originally starting off in the mail room at McCann Erickson as a youngster, Matt went on to be one of the youngest B&T 30-Under-30 winners. Before joining EBA, Matt had a four year stint as Global Chief Operating Officer at influencer agency, The Projects. And before that he held the role of General Manager – Media and Sponsorship at Telstra from 2012 to 2015 managing a massive portfolio across 325 markets nationally.

Born and bred in country New South Wales, Tara’s small-town upbringing transitioned to big-town thinking. This Sydney sider puts her clients first, thrives in a fast paced environment and isn’t afraid to roll up her sleeves and get stuck into a challenge. Responsible for sponsorship strategy, seamless project management and client engagement, Tara has 7+ years experience working in advertising, brand communications and sponsorship strategy. Since joining Bastion, Tara has worked with leading brands including Blackmores, Rebel Sport, Fitness First, Macquarie Group and QBE. Her high energy approach coupled with an obsession for quality makes her a hugely valuable member of our team - and yours.

Growing up in the 'City of Good Sports' (or Wagga Wagga as it is commonly known), Brett was always destined to make a mark in sport, albeit off the field. With over 10 years experience in sports marketing, fan engagement, commercial strategy and consumer growth, Brett has had the opportunity to work for and with some of the biggest rights holders (AFL, Etihad Stadium, Western Bulldogs) and brands (Aon, Carsales, Deakin University) in the country.
